What ACE PROXYVON CR is used for?
ACE PROXYVON CR is indicated for relief of pain and inflammation in musculoskeletal conditions in adult patients with a history of gastroduodenal ulcer or those at increased risk for NSAID-induced GI toxicity
Talk to your Doctor if you:
Are allergic to any other ingredients of this medicine
Have had two or more episodes of peptic ulcers, stomach bleeding or perforation
Have severe kidney, liver disease
Have severe heart disease
Have history of active bleedings or bleeding disorders
Have had a heart attack or stroke
Have heartburn
Suffer from asthma or any other breathing problems
Have suffered from any blood- clotting problem (if you bleed easily)
Have recently undergone major surgery
Are suffering from Crohn’s disease (chronic inflammatory bowel disease) or ulcerative colitis (inflammatory bowel disease)
Have high blood pressure, diabetes or high cholesterol
Are a smoker
Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
This medicine can be swallowed with a whole glass of water
Do not crush or chew the medicine
If you take more ACE PROXYVON CR
If you take too many of this medicine, talk to your doctor or go to a nearest hospital immediately
If you forget to take ACE PROXYVON CR
If you have forgotten to take your medicine take them as soon as possible on the same day
Do not take a double dose
If you stop taking ACE PROXYVON CR
Do not stop taking ACE PROXYVON CR without talking to your doctor
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Difficulty breathing, wheezing
Abnormal pain and vomiting
Skin rash, flaking skin, boils or sore lips and mouth
Vomit any blood or dark particles that look like coffee grounds
Indigestion or heartburn
Abdominal pain (pains in your stomach) or other abnormal stomach symptoms
Tell your doctor if you are taking,
Anticoagulants - warfarin (used to prevent blood clot)
Diuretics - furosemide, hydrochlorothiazide or triamterene (used to increase the rate of urine excretion)
Antidiabetic drugs (used to lower blood sugar levels)
Methotrexate (used to treat cancer, arthritis)
Steroids (used to treat inflammatory diseases)
Ciclosporin and tacrolimus (used to suppress the immune system)
Antiinfectives (quinoline antibiotics) (used to treat bacterial infection)
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents (nsaids) - aspirin, ibuprofen (used to treat pain)
Lithium (used to treat depression or manic depression)
Antihypertensives (used to treat high blood pressure)
Cardiac glycosides like digoxin (used to treat heart failure and irregular heartbeats)
Ketoconazole or itraconazole (used to treat infections caused by a fungus)
