What AMICOLON is used for?
It is used to help the normal balance of bacteria in the colon
Talk to your doctor before taking this medicine, if you:
Are allergic to AMICOLON or any other ingredients of this medicine
Are allergic to milk
Have chronic disease
Have a central venous catheter
Have immune system problems
Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
Take this medicine by mouth
Mix contents of packet with water, apple juice, or other non-carbonated drinks
For babies, may add to formula after warmed. Can also be added to apple sauce and other soft baby foods. Do not add to hot beverages
If you take more AMICOLON
If you take too many AMICOLON, or if someone else has taken your medicine, talk to your doctor immediately and you may need Medical attention
If forgot to take AMICOLON
If you have forgotten to take your AMICOLON take them as soon as possible on the same day. Do not take a double dose
If you stop taking AMICOLON
Do not stop taking the AMICOLON until the doctor has told you to do so

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Allergic reactions like skin rash, itching or hives, swelling of the face, lips or tongue
Breathing problems
Fever, nausea, vomiting
Unusually weak or tired
Constipation
Increased thirst
Tell your healthcare provider about all the medicines especially:
Medications for fungal infections such as fluconazole, itraconazole, ketoconazole, nystatin or voriconazole
Storage
Keep this medicine out of reach of children
Store at room temperature (15-25°C)
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date
