Talk to your doctor if you: Are allergic to any other ingredients of this medicine Have severe liver or kidney disease Have hepatitis B infection Have Stevens-Johnson syndrome, erythema multiforme, or toxic skin eruptions Have a history of psychiatric disorders Have or had epilepsy Have a history of drug or alcohol abuse Have a heart problem Have bone problems

Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you Swallow the medicine with a glass of water Do not crush or chew the medicine If you take more AVONZA If you take more of this medicine, talk to your doctor or go to a nearest hospital immediately If you forget to take AVONZA If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember it, however if it is nearly time for the next dose skip the missed dose Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose If you stop taking AVONZA Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor tells to do so

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Serious Common Allergic reactions Too much lactic acid in your blood (lactic acidosis) Severe liver problems marked by yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, loss of appetite, nausea or vomiting Kidney problems Sadness, anxiety, hallucinations (psychiatric problems) Inflammation of the pancreas

Tell your doctor if you are taking, Elbasvir and grazoprevir Clarithromycin, rifabutin, rifampin (medicines for bacterial infections) Foscarnet, ganciclovir, cidofovir (medicines for viral infections) Carbamazepine, phenytoin, phenobarbital (used to treat epilepsy) Diltiazem or similar medicines (calcium channel blockers) Warfarin or acenocoumarol (medicines used to reduce clotting of the blood)

Storage Keep this medicine out of reach of children Store at a room temperature of 15-25ºC
