Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you Swallow the medicine with a glass of water Do not crush or chew the medicine If you take more AZITRIP AF If you take more of this medicine, talk to your doctor or go to your nearest hospital immediately If you forget to take AZITRIP AF If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember it, however if it is nearly time for the next dose skip the missed dose Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose If you Stop taking AZITRIP AF Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor tells to do so

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Serious Allergic reactions include itching, shortness of breath, swelling of the lips or throat

Tell your doctor if you are taking: Vitamin supplements Herbal medicine Anticoagulants such as Coumadin, Heparin and Clopidogrel Chloramphenicol

Storage Keep this medicine out of reach of the children Store at a room temperature of 15-25ºC
