What BRIOGUT is used for?
It is used to help the normal balance of bacteria in the colon
Talk to your doctor before taking this medicine, if you:
Are allergic to BRIOGUT or any other ingredients of this medicine
Are allergic to milk
Have chronic disease
Have a central venous catheter
Have immune system problems
Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
Take this medicine by mouth
It is important to shake the bottle for at least 10 seconds before use
Always use the spoon supplied with the pack. Do not overfill the spoon
Swallow the undiluted solution
Do not mix the solution with any other liquid
If you take more BRIOGUT
If you take more BRIOGUT, or if someone else has taken your medicine, talk to your doctor immediately and you may need medical attention
If you forgot to take BRIOGUT
If you have forgotten to take your BRIOGUT, take them as soon as possible on the same day. Do not take a double dose
If you stop taking BRIOGUT
Do not stop taking the BRIOGUT, until the doctor has told you to do so

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
Allergic reactions like skin rash, itching or hives, swelling of the face, lips, or tongue
Breathing problems
Fever
Nausea, vomiting
Unusually weak or tired
Constipation
Increased thirst
Tell your healthcare provider about all the medicines especially:
Medications for fungal infections, such as fluconazole, itraconazole, ketoconazole, nystatin or voriconazole
Storage
Keep this medicine out of reach of children
Store at room temperature (15-25°C)
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date
