What CADIGRAN 1MG is used for? It is used to prevent or treat nausea and vomiting (feeling and being sick) caused by other medical treatments, such as chemotherapy or radiotherapy for cancer and by surgery

Talk to your Doctor, if you: Are allergic to any of the other ingredients of this medicine Having problems with your bowel movements because of a blockage of your gut (intestines) Have heart problems

This medicine can be given as an injection or infusion into the veins (intravenous) by a doctor or nurse

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Serious Common Uncommon Allergic reactions (anaphylaxis): swelling of the throat, face, lips and mouth, difficulty in breathing or swallowing

Tell your doctor, if you are taking Dolasetron or ondansetron (used to treat nausea, vomiting) Phenobarbital (used to treat epilepsy) Ketoconazole (used in the treatment of fungal infections) Erythromycin (used to treat bacterial infections) Drugs used to treat depression and/or anxiety

Storage Keep this medicine out of reach of children Store at a room temperature of 15-25ºC
