Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you Swallow the whole tablet Do not chew or crush the tablet If you take more DACIHEP 30MG If you accidentally take more DACIHEP 30MG than your doctor recommended, contact your doctor at once or contact the nearest hospital for advice If you forget to take DACIHEP 30MG If you forget a dose, take another as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, then do not take the missed dose at all. Never take a double dose to make up for the one missed If you stop taking DACIHEP 30MG Do not stop taking DACIHEP 30MG unless your doctor told you to stop

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Serious Common Slow heart rate (bradycardia) Fainting, near fainting or weakness Chest pain Confusion Shortness of breath Memory problems

Tell your doctor if you are taking, Phenytoin, carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine or phenobarbital (used to treat epileptic seizures) Rifampicin, rifabutin or rifapentine, antibiotics (used to treat tuberculosis) Dexamethasone, a steroid (used to treat allergic and inflammatory diseases) Amiodarone or digoxin (used to treat irregular heartbeat) Antiviral combinations (used to treat HIV infection) Boceprevir or telaprevir (used to treat hepatitis C infection) Clarithromycin, telithromycin or erythromycin (used to treat bacterial infections) Warfarin, vitamin K antagonists, dabigatran (used to thin the blood) Ketoconazole, itraconazole, posaconazole or voriconazole (used to treat fungal infections) Verapamil, diltiazem, nifedipine or amlodipine (used to decrease blood pressure) Medicines used to lower cholesterol
