What DIMET OD is used for?
DIMET OD is used in the management of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy
Talk to your doctor if you:
Are allergic to any of the other ingredients in this medicine
Have asthma or risk of asthma
Have glaucoma
Have urinary bladder-neck obstruction
Have gastrointestinal problems such as stenosing peptic ulcer, pyloroduodenal obstruction
Always take this medicine as your doctor has told you
If you take more DIMET OD
If you take more,tell your doctor or go to a nearest hospital immediately
Symptoms of overdosage are: restlessness, dryness of mouth, dilated pupils, sleepiness, dizziness, mental confusion and rapid heartbeat
If you forget to take DIMET OD
Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose
If you forget to take a dose take it as soon as you remember it and then take the next dose at the right time
If you stop taking DIMET OD
Do not stop taking the medicine without talking your doctor
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Allergic reaction (including skin rash, hives, swelling, trouble breathing)
Disorientation
Difficulty in urinating
Irregular heartbeat
Seizures
Tell your doctor if you are taking,
A monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOIs) e.g., linezolid (an antibiotic)
Antimuscarinic drugs (used in treating a variety of conditions such as disorders of the bowel, bladder or respiratory systems, Parkinson's disease, certain heart conditions and insomnia)
Alcohol and other central nervous system depressants, such as drugs for anxiety, seizures, mental illness, and allergies, sleeping pills, anesthetics (used for surgery), certain pain medications
Medicines for cough or cold or pain killers
Storage
Keep this medicine out of reach of children
Store at a room temperature of 15-25ÂșC
