Do not crush or chew the medicine
If you take more EMBETA R 5MG
If you take more of this medicine, contact your doctor or go to a nearest hospital immediately
Symptoms of overdose: hypotension, bradycardia
If you forget to take EMBETA R 5MG
If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is nearly time for your next dose
Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose
If you stop taking EMBETA R 5MG
Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor tells you to do so
Serious
feeling faint on standing due to low blood pressure
Common
headache or feeling tired
palpitations
Uncommon
difficulty in sleeping (insomnia)
sweating more than usual
blurred vision
Tell your doctor if you are taking,
Sacubitril with valsartan, reserpine, clonidine (used to treat blood pressure)
lithium, fluoxetine, paroxetine (used to treat depression)
medicines used to treat diabetes
amiodarone, quinidine, digoxin, nitrates (used to treat heart problems)

Keep this medicine out of reach of children
Store at a room temperature of 15-25°C
