Talk to your doctor if you: Are allergic to any ingredients of this medicine Have liver or kidney disease Have peripheral neuropathy Have pancreatitis Has diabetes Have lactic acidosis Have autoimmune disorders

Always take this medicine exactly as described by your doctor Swallow the medicine with a glass of water Do not crush or chew the medicine If you take more EMDUO 150/40MG If you take more of this medicine, talk to your doctor or go to your nearest hospital immediately If you forget to take EMDUO 150/40MG If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember it, however if it is nearly time for the next dose skip the missed dose Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose If you stop taking EMDUO 150/40MG Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor tells to do so

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Serious Common Lactic acidosis and severe hepatomegaly with steatosis

Tell your doctor if you are taking, Stavudine and didanosine (used to treat HIV) Rifampicin Ketoconazole, itraconazole, fluconazole (antifungals) Oral contraceptives Clarithromycin, rifabutin (antibiotics) Amodiaquine/artesunate, quinine, lumefantrine, halofantrine, atovaquone (antimalarials) Phenytoin, valproic acid (anticonvulsants) Warfarin (used to treat blot clots) Doxorubicin (anti-cancer medicine)

Storage Keep this medicine out of reach of the children Store at a room temperature of 15-25ºC
