Talk to your Doctor, if you: Are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the other ingredients of this medicine Experience an increase of urea or creatinine and a decrease in urine production during treatment of severe progressive kidney disease Have impaired kidney or liver function Have lupus (autoimmune disease)

Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you If you take more HYDRIDE 12.5MG If you take more than the prescribed dose, contact your doctor or go to nearest hospital If you forget to take HYDRIDE 12.5MG If you miss a dose, and it is close to the next scheduled dose, take your medicine at the next scheduled time Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose If you stop taking HYDRIDE 12.5MG Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor tells you to do so

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Serious Common Allergic reactions: swelling, skin rash, itching Chest pain

Tell your doctor if you are taking, Anti-hypertensive medication Adrenergic blocking drugs Lithium Barbiturates Narcotic
