Talk to your Doctor, if you: Are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the other ingredients of this medicine Have rheumatoid arthritis and lupus erythematosus Have severe glucose-6 phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency(favism) Have hemolytic anemia

Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you If you take more MALIRID DS 15MG If you take more than your prescribed dose, consult your doctor or nearest hospital Symptoms of overdose: abdominal cramps, vomiting, jaundice, burning epigastric distress, CNS and cardiovascular disturbances, cyanosis, methemoglobinemia, moderate leukocytosis or leukopenia and anemia If you forget to take MALIRID DS 15MG If you forget to take a dose, simply take the next dose when it is due. Do not take a double dose of tablets to make up for a forgotten dose If you stop taking MALIRID DS 15MG Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor tells you to do so

Tell your doctor about all the medicines you take, including prescription and non-prescription medicines and herbal supplements.
