What MOXIGRAM is used for? MOXIGRAM is used in the treatment of, Bacterial conjunctivitis caused by susceptible microorganisms Corneal ulcers Blepharitis

Talk to your doctor before using this medicine, if you: Are suffering from any other eye problems such as glaucoma Are allergic to moxifloxacin, to other quinolones or to any of the components in this medication Wear contact lenses

The usual recommended dose of MOXIGRAM is half an inch ribbon, twice or thrice a day If you use more MOXIGRAM If you have used more contact your doctor immediately If you forget to use MOXIGRAM If you forget to use this medicine, take it as soon as you remember If you stop using MOXIGRAM Do not stop using this medicine without consulting your doctor

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects although not everybody gets them. Decreased visual acuity Dry eye Keratitis Ocular discomfort Ocular hyperemia Ocular pain Ocular pruritus Subconjunctival hemorrhage Tearing

Talk to your doctor if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicine including prescription and non-prescription medicines

Storage Keep this medicine out of reach of children Do not use this medicine after the expiry date Store at room temperature (15-25°C)
