Usually NITROPLUS will be given to you by your doctor or a nurse and you will be monitored very carefully This solution is always given slowly into the blood stream as a diluted solution for (intravenous) infusion The dose depends on the condition. Tell your doctor if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines such as: other vasodilators, beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, medicines which lower blood pressure sildenafil, vardenafil, tadalafil, medicines for the treatment of erectile dysfunction tricyclics e.g. amitriptyline, nortiptyline, clomipramine, imipramine, medicines used to treat depression neuroleptics, medicines used to treat anxiety sapropterine containing medicines non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) except acetyl salicylic acid
