What is TRIVEDON MR?
TRIVEDON MR contains Trimetazidine which belongs to the class of medicine called anti-ischemic
What TRIVEDON MR is used for?
TRIVEDON MR is used in combination with other medicines to treat angina pectoris
It protects the heart cells from the effects of a reduced oxygen supply

Pregnancy & Breast Feeding
Do not to take this medicine during pregnancy or breast feeding

Children & Adolescents
It is not recommended in children aged below 18 years
Driving & Using Machines
This medicine may make you feel dizzy and drowsy that may affect your ability to drive or use machinery
Always take TRIVEDON MR exactly as your doctor has told you
Dosage
Adults
The recommended dose of TRIVEDON MR 20mg to be taken three times a day during meals
Patients with kidney disease and elderly patients
If you have kidney problems or if you are older than 75 years old, your doctor may adjust the recommended dose
For patients with severe kidney disease: not recommended
If you take more TRIVEDON MR
If you take too many medicine, please contact your doctor or the nearest hospital emergency department immediately
If you forget to take TRIVEDON MR
If you forget to take one or more doses, do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose
If you stop taking TRIVEDON MR
You should discuss with your doctor before you stop taking your medicine

dizziness
headache
abdominal pain, diarrhoea, indigestion
feeling sick
vomiting
rash, itching, hives
feeling weakness
Rare
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, but not everyone gets them.
fast or irregular heartbeats (also called palpitations)
fall in blood pressure on standing-up which causes dizziness, light headiness or fainting
Tell your doctor if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription
Storage
Keep out of reach of children
Store at room temperature (15-25ÂșC)
Do not take your medicine after the expiry date
