What ITRAL is used for?
It is used in the treatment of fungal infections of the eye such as
Inflammation or infection of the cornea (the clear, front layer of the eye) known as keratitis
Inflammation or infection in the interior of the eye is called endophthalmitis
Talk to your doctor before using this medicine, if you:
Are allergic to itraconazole or any of the ingredients in ITRAL
Suffer from any other infections
Are using contact lenses
Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
Wash hands first
To avoid contamination, be careful not to touch the dropper or let it touch your eye
Tilt your head back, look up, and pull down the lower eyelid to make a pouch
Apply this medicine into your eyes
Look down and gently close your eye for 1 or 2 minutes
Place one finger at the corner of the eye near the nose and apply gentle pressure. This will prevent the medication from draining away from the eye
Always replace the cap tightly after each use
If you use more ITRAL
Inform your doctor immediately if you use more ITRAL
If you forget to use ITRAL
The missed dose can be applied as soon as you remember. If it is time for the next dosage, then the missed dose can be skipped
If you stop using ITRAL
Do not stop taking this medicine before consulting your doctor

Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, but not everyone gets them.
Burning sensation of the eyes
Itching of the eyes
Blurred or double vision
Tell your doctor if you are using or have recently used or might use any other eye drops or eye ointment
Storage
Store at room temperature (15-25ÂșC)
Keep out of reach of children
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date
